I must say, very nice metalwork & pipe bending on that one. But I can't see why you would give 2000€ to that. for 2000€ you cna buy a complete car frame in 80-20 alu These are good enough also for Direct Drive wheels apparently

Sven Cammaerts i'm still looking for that elusive video but can't find it. There was an old dude driving with a DD and an oculus in this rig with only one arm. goddammit

Carl "Ricky" Jansson could you please take a picture of how the paddle shifters are attached to the whee? I'm curious how you fixed them, thinking of doing the same

Thats too late carl! do it nooooww! Alessandro Longoni disassembly of a sam maxwell wheel. at 13min the bottom box gets opened But its basically screwed into one of the plates. so if you just want to mount the paddles, you could just get a piece of MDF or something and screw that in there.

yeah i saw that and the SSRG disassembly video, but thanks for the link!
I'm curious how carl mounted them since he has no button "plate"
I am going to print the 3d printed button plate karsten designed in the forum, attach it to a sparco wheel that I can get for relatively cheap and reuse one of the old usb boards I have around. I think it will work and will probably be a nice project

yup I'll have this "new" trusted g25 hooked up in case shit hits the fan Bart "Taki Inoue" Hendrikx: what did you try? I've been pondering over different designs, I think I tweaked the design from the forum to my needs, ready to send the STL file to the printer in hoofddorp

It was not my best work. I got a box by Martin Ascher and that is great. If you want the plans if will look on my work pc on monday, but again not my best work.
