Suggestion: I think it would be a good idea to use the BAM calendar (http://blackadder.proboards.com/calendar) to publish timings of races and other events, which are significant to us as a team. This will also help us plan better.
Reasoning: This would give everyone a single place to look at for our events, without having to dive into every thread.
There may be a way to link back to the discussion thread from each of the events, so that one can continue the discussions. I tried creating an event for the Bathurst 4hr race, but I do not have access to do so. So, maybe someone who has access can try it and update.
Enhancement: At some point, we can have a left panel, with upcoming events. This could be done easily taking the RSS feed of the calendar and publishing it. Maybe 5 or 10 of the next events which are important to us as a team.

I was playing with it as well - none of us had access to create events so I've fixed that. But, too many other things to do today so I'll have a go again sometime over the next few days.

If you use this thread as a dump for events (or just links to those pages) that people think need to be in the calendar, I can put them into the calendar by timezone and see if it works for everyone.
We can start with the next 10 or so.

That would be awesome. If you can pick up the dates/times of the races for the SEK series Lewis and Braith are racing in and also the VLN one, that would be a great start. The dates and venues for the SEK one are on this thread: blackadder.proboards.com/thread/834/sek-prep-practice-direction-2014 but Braith Morrow might need to give you timings. The VLN ones are here: simrace-drivers.com/spirit-of-vln/schedule/But, I think just put 1 or 2 in to begin with so we can see how it works before putting too much effort in. I suspect a spreadsheet with a list of events might actually be better :-) PS: Mustang video for next week is up - it's a way, way, way easier track :-)

Hey Abhi,
I never knew we had a calendar!! Sounds like a good idea.
If the Calander can be set to GMT then we can all run from that.
SEK GT3 races are on Sundays at 09:00 GMT (always start the same time) and has variable race length. This coming weeks is 4 hours then the week following is COTA 3 hours, Okayama 2 hours, then last is Suzuka for 4 hours.
