Hey guys tried something new, tested my video editing skillz (rofl) Looking for feedback to improve! Be ruthless There's a couple of stutters and some cuts don't quite line up with the music but overall I think it turned out alright.

Looks cool! I love how the cspec just bounces over the curbs.

Really like the "DRIFTING", looks awesome & the shot where you can see the driver through the mirror, SMOOTH!

(rofl) That opening drift was sooo satisfying. And I thought the mirror shot would be a cool way to show the driver, glad it worked well!

I like it! Only feedback I can give is that some of the shots may be too long, and can get a little boring after a while if they continues. For instance the shot from you driving down the corckscrew at 1:05. 19 sec of the same scene. You could try to switch it to different angle on the same section when you hear the guitar riff And on 0:56, it kind of looks a little weird when you rotate the camera and sees the watermark also rotate. It`s not a big thing, just me beeing picky... If you croped out the watermark on each shot it would look awesome, for the clip of you drifting out of La Source in that angle really fits the music. Other than that it`s really nice!

For future videos, I was planning to use less extreme slow motion (1/4 instead of 1/8th, some shots in this one are even 1/12th) and also transitioning from normal speed to slow motion in the same clip (e.g. you see the car driving full speed but at the interesting moment, it switches to slow mo). Using different angles is also a great idea! I didn't even notice how weird it looks with the watermark getting flipped unfortunately I think there's no way to record without the watermark so I either have to crop the video or just stop flipping it Appreciate the feedback! I will definitely making more of these videos.

Yeah, I think I'll just stop flipping images can be confusing anyways

I saw some particles flying at 1:21, you know some iRacing members view that as signs of dx11? if only they know better... or is it the other way around? do I know better? anyways, nice video Joel, i'll have and end season video for my experiences in the skippies... probably as a goodbye video to the car as I won't run it again...

Haha, I have secret access to DX11 ( ) Looking forward to seeing that video Neil. I'll probably be putting something of that sort together as well if I have enough replays and time

Another suggestion I have is to set your car skin compression = 0 in the .api file. I believe that will get rid of a lot of the jagged edges on the paints during those close-up shots. Other than that, I don't have anything else to say past what Robin has said
