OK guys, I used the JRT tool from Joel only via my iPad and tried today to put some overlays into over my iRacing screen. And what should I say, this is just fxxxing amazing - honestly. Below the video I made quickly, so that you see what might be possible. Especially with a triple screen it is great. And there are so many overlays available, which you can positioned and sized according to your screen setup, very easy. Several timing and dashboards of course, but also a spotter where you see arrows when a car is close to you and a 3D map (which is a toy, but cool). Any questions, happy to help! Below a quick video I made with my phone, because when you see you will understand! Jake Fox

Here the stream from the Sim Expo about the official Simracing Trophy 2017. Nice stream and official commentary, but in German language... but many of the sim racing "stars" were there for the competition. Winner was Frederik Rasmussen (Norway).

You can download it first as a free version and see if you would like it first. Difference to Pro Version is that the Free version stops after 15 minutes. JRT: "With the free version, the Delta graphic, the events, the calculator and the trackmap are active the first 15 minutes."

Here a private video of the Sim Expo. The guy really did video record most of the rigs and motion seaters available at the expo.

Its about $25 my currency. I paid for ispeed and never regretted it.

The long expected Kickstarter campaign of PiMax with their 8k VR did start: (Technically it is not an 8K, but it would be a double 4K. True 8K would be 4x a 4K when I am correct.) Link: The Youtube "Tested" team had the chance to talk to them, very interesting. The price are reasonable starting with USD 449.- for early birds, delivery planed for January 2018 (which would be amazing) !

I'm not really sure if 4 x 4 = 8 in any case... I remember the time in school when teachers tried to teach me that 4 x 4 = 16 AND that 2 x 4 = 8 But I was young and it's ages ago... I might have misunderstood this whole math thing...

I might have misunderstood this whole math thing... 8k Is 4 times the pixels of 4k or 16 times "full HD" Each lens in the cv1 is 1080x1200 which would mean that if these ever become reality they would be more than four times the resolution of the current Rift. I'm all for that, but can't imagine the CPU/GPU needed to push that many pixels.

Yes, you are right ! The PiMax guys called it 8K, because it has 2x a 4K screen for each eye.

the graph above seems so wrong for me...
I see 4 x 1080p in the rectangle Also I can see 16 x 1080p in the 8K rectangle... how can 16 x Full-HD be 8K?
this doesn't make any sense to me...
